Calls may be rescheduled with 72 hour notice directed to elves@SantaSpeaks.com If your call can be rescheduled you will receive a new confirmation. It may not be possible to reschedule your call at the time you request but we will make every effort to do so. Information supplied about your child is saved on a secure site and cannot be accessed, downloaded or printed and is only displayed at the time of Santa’s call and then deleted for security reasons.
